Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive demand generation across all digital channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the digital strategy end-to-end — from SEO and content marketing to paid acquisition and analytics.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and revenue targets
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Own SEO strategy: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, and link building
- Oversee content marketing including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email nurture campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and internal dashboards; report on KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to create compelling messaging for target personas
- Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of managing six-figure advertising budgets with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing AI or data products to enterprise audiences
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Background in content strategy or brand management
